Dental Hygiene Consulting
& Communication Support
Helping dental offices build a strong, aligned dental hygiene department rooted in clarity, communication, and a true standard of care.
A robust Dental Hygiene department is more than just staying on schedule or meeting production goals.
It's about clinical clarity, consistency in care, and a shared understanding of collaboration in the standard of care.
I work with small dental practices to strengthen their Dental Hygiene department from the inside out, allowing the team and their patients to feel supported, aligned, and confident in the quality of care rendered.
Clinical Philosophy

I believe that when hygienists feel empowered, supported, and clear in their impact, everything else starts to fall into place.
The hygienist is seen as a true collaborator in care.
The doctor's role becomes easier.
The systems begin to flow more naturally.
The team communicates more effectively.
And most importantly - the patient benefits.
Because that's what this is really about, right?
Not just efficiency or production, but creating an experience where patients feel cared for and confident in the care they are receiving.
A strong hygiene department doesn't just support the practice - it elevates the entire office and therefore the patient experience.
This is for practices who...
-
Have 1 to 3 dental hygienists, and 1 -2 dentists - and none seem to be on the same page
-
Want a stronger, more consistent standard of care
-
Feel like their hygiene department lacks alignment or clarity
-
Are growing and need more structure within the hygiene department
-
Want to support their hygienists - not just manage them
-
Know there's more potential in their hygiene department
Areas of support:
-
Defining and strengthening your standard of care, defining practice philosophy
-
Aligning hygienists and doctors on expectations and clinical approach
-
Improving office and patient communication
-
Supporting hygienists in clinical confidence and decision-making
-
Identifying gaps in systems, flow, and patient experience
-
Creating a more cohesive and supported hygiene team
A strong dental hygiene department defines the quality of care that your patients are receiving.
